- AUDIT IN HALL PRACTICE GP SURGERY (2023) Audit performed to investigate the current management of eosinophilia in the practice. A template was introduced to aid with the initial screening following the detection of eosinophilia. Two audit cycles completed.
- AUDIT IN MILL ROAD GP SURGERY (2021) Audit performed to assess the percentage of patients previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes mellitus, who have had their annual HbA1C tests. Implemented changes to improve the outcomes. Two audit cycles completed.
- EXPERIMENTAL PROJECT IN THE WATSON LAB, CENTRE FOR TROPHOBLAST RESEARCH, PDN (2019-2020)
- Histological assessment of placentas derived from Mtrrgt/gt mice and wild-type mice derived from a Mtrr+/gt maternal grandfather to assess the placental defects in relation in the fetal growth phenotype. Further investigation of differentially expressed placental genes indicated potential gene pathways through which abnormal folate metabolism affects fetal growth over multiple generations.
